- What exactly counts as a session?
- One conversation with one team, from your first sentence to the final draft — no matter how many times the specialists go back and forth inside it. A long argument costs you the same as a short one.
- Does a bigger team burn through my sessions faster?
- No. Six specialists arguing for an hour is still one session. Team size affects which plan you need, not how fast you spend it.
- Can I switch or cancel?
- Any time, from your workspace settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and yearly plans are refundable in the first 14 days.
- How do the two discounts stack?
- Yearly billing takes 20% off the monthly price. The launch code SCRIBE25 takes another 25% off your first three months, on either billing period.
- What happens when I hit the free limit?
- Your teams and history stay exactly where they are. You just can't start a new session until the month resets — or until you upgrade.
